General Policy

Due to the nature of our digital service and the immediate access provided upon subscription, we generally have a no-refund policy once a subscription is activated. The cost of server resources and channel access are incurred immediately upon purchase.

When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a partial or full refund in the following exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

  • Major Service Failure: If you experience a complete service outage for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to a fault on our end.
  • Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error in our payment system.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as: dissatisfaction with the channel lineup, issues with your internet provider, device compatibility problems that could have been tested during the trial, or deciding you no longer need the service.
